Rose Day

Autism continues to be poorly understood by many in medical, educational and social services. It can affect children by making them withdrawn and anti-social but equally it can have the opposite effect. Rose's son is hyper-active, unpredictable and easily frightened. Her courage in living with the daily challenges that caring for a child like this is inspirational.
